Every representation is formalized under a commercial agency agreement specific to the business and market involved — DAMA Group acts as agent representative, not owner or joint venturer, and terms are set individually rather than applied as a template.
Opportunities are registered and protected under the terms of that agreement, so both sides know what’s covered and what isn’t. Commercial terms, including commission structure and account protections, are agreed directly and confidentially — nothing is standardized or published.
